i just got a whole list of engine mods for my ls and in those include a fuel pressure regulator. my stock psi (at idle) is 35 psi. i was wondering how much i should turn it up? i heard from like 4-6 psi so i figured id turn it up to 40psi. what do you guys think?

 

Well what kind of mods are we talking here?

 

intake, header, exhaust, hi flow cat, throttle body, intake manifold, fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, injectors, and pullies

if it helps to know the manufacturers (i doubt it) just ask and ill let u know

 

oh and plug wires but thats no big deal..

 

Leave it the same for now, since you got that fuel rail, you don't need more pressure. Most likely you got more than enough fuel delivery.

 

You're fine. Just leave it stock. The stock Honda ECU will compensate because you're not flowing enough to adjust the FPR accordingly.

 

i was just wondering though b/c i figured id try and get the most out of all my fuel delivery parts. but i see where you guys are coming from b/c im gong to get much more fuel delivery w/ all of this stuf..
