Dohc/sohc ?
i've been looking at a few 98 integras that i might buy
my question is
which trims are DOHC, SOHC?
i know the GSR is DOHC, but what about the GS, LS and RS ?

those are also DOHC, SOHC came in civics and others, correct me if i'm wrong. The gsr is DOHC Vtec and the GS, LS, RS, SE are DOHC non-Vtec

Japan did get a trim with a SOHC motor.
USDM was all DOHC.

Japan has always had a SOHC option until at least '95, probably all the way up to '01. Different flavors of the ZC mostly.
They keep all the fastest engines, but they also keep the slowest engines. Go figure that one.
