heh. I was about to link to that thread. I think it looks good.

I think there's a point where you just have to stop calling every single appearance modification "rice". If you put some hideous altezzas and a huge wing on then yeah that's rice and you should be ashamed. I don't think chrome rings on guages should really be considered some sort of wannabe poser thing.

i think it looks somewhat decent, but doesnt go with the interior imo

It does if you consider the chrome door lock switches, e-brake button, and (at least on my car) small chrome ring around the neck of my shift boot.

my friend did this too his 97 Lude. Only he did it in like a flat silver paint. He took the bezzels out and painted them. You are talking about the bezzels right? He got the idea from BMW's

do whatever you want dude, just don't skip out on what's under the hood. i buy my stuff in this order:

1. looks
2. speed
3. looks
4. speed

so what if other people don't like it, as long as you do right?

looks nice up close.. looks kinda wierd from far away.. it wouldnt match my black stock interior though.. i wish i could take off my reverse indiglos and put some amber bulbs in :\ im too lazy and i used double sided tape.. could be sticky
