Default Need help identifying specific body part

The body part that I am trying to identify is on the rear of the Integra coupes. Its between the hatch and the bumper. Its the panel where the DOHC VTEC emblems are placed on the GS-Rs, and where the keylock for the hatch comes out from. Does anybody know what this part is called and where can I buy it from? Any specific websites? And possibly anybody know what would be the est. price of this part? Thanks...

I got it, Thanks. I got one last question I am also looking to get the rear bumper, anybody know any websites that sell them for cheap? At least cheaper than this website? How about a company that sells integra bumpers that look like OEM but are not OEM. Thanks.
