Yeah, just remember not to overlook all of the necessary turbo related parts while you're focusing on exterior and suspension. That's when you get a blown motor

Hah, yeah definitely get the intercooler before you worry about looks. You don't want to ruin everything you've done to the engine so far.

If you keep low boost an intercooler isnt nessessary but it'll help. What I dont understand is why you would complete the set up if you planned to get an intercooler. Now you have to rework the charge piping. How big is the IHI turbo? Find out some details I'd like to see your setup.

Well my bro didn't have the intention of sticking in an intercooler. But lots of guys I talk to on the net (Like you guys) tell me that I should add an intercooler. I am a begginner at all this and am learning with my bro, and yes i'll get pics as soon as possible, i'll take pics of the engine bay and all.

Drugteg, you know I heard the same thing about GD. I hope I won't have problems, and as for the price...how does 600bucks shipped to my door sound. Got me a pretty good deal for the kit. Ahh for now I stay with what I got, which should be around 6 psi, and the guage is coming up, and then the intercooler. BTW: Anyone know a good place with decent prices where I can get a fairly decent priced intercooler. Not e-bay, I gave that sh*t up, too many husslers. And if it could be in Canada, well that'd be even more super.

Let me ask all you a little question. What is inside of an intercooler, how is it made? I could easily make one of these, but I would have to know what is inside of the intercooler itself.
