Default Replacing Front End (Collision)

Well, I got into a wreck... nothing too bad, but I need to replace the front bumper cover, front [left] headlight and the hood now. I've already decided on a Carbon Fiber hood, and replacing the headlight with an OEM model, but I can't find a good front bumper cover. The parts places online list a 1994-2001, but I know they changed them in 1998. My car, being a 98 could use its stock headlights with a pre-98 front cover.

My question deals with places that advertise "Front Air Dam". Comptech offers a type-r front air dam for the 98-01 integras. From the pictures though, it looks like its just a chin spoiler. I need the whole friggin piece. Is there anyone who supplies them, other than the dealership... or should I just go for an aftermarket one? I like some of the really mild ones like the Wings West W-type, but it lists it as a "Front Air Dam" too... Is this the whole bumper cover and I'm just misinterpretting it, or is it just a chin spoiler?

This happened last night, and I don't have the money to do a jdm conversion. I've got about a grand, and that's only possible if I do all the painting myself.

thats way too much $$ for a oem spoiler, could get a nice urethane aftermarket for that price. Keep an eye on ebay and dont pay more than $100 for a plain bumper. I've a 94-97 one somewhere but that doesnt suit you.

This gets back to my original question.... when is a "front air dam" a "front bumper cover" and when is it a "front lip spoiler"? I have a gouge in the urethane that runs from my left light to my emblem, and onto the hood. A chin spoiler isn't going to do anything for me.

Keep the suggestions coming though.

A bumper cover is the entire front piece that covers the actual bumper (metal portion). This goes from quarterpanel to quarterpanel. That's the big piece you are looking for! : A front lip spoiler is an additional lip mounted on the bottom of the front bumper cover, such as the Comptech Type-R lip. The Ebay link above is what you would call a bumper cover.

Thanks drumsy. The confusion arises when they call both the spoiler and the lip, an "air dam". I've seen sites, including the groupbuy site listed refer to them both that way. If you notice on some of the picture they have arrows pointing to the chin spoiler, which the caption reads "front air dam".
