thats like me man!!! i rear ended a crx cuz some soccer mom cut him off and my car got fawked up the most!!! dont know what ill do. no ones fault and no points..insurance companies are fighting over the cash! my jdm front got jacked so i might go back to us front or part it out...who knows..

 

If it's counted as not-at-fault then it counts as a comprehensive claim. Insurance companies do take into account the number of comprehensive claims you've made when they determine your rate.
