Looking for a new car in the next few weeks. I drive about 10,000 miles a year, give or take. Mostly local. I have seen a few CPO Hybrid Civics around for about 17 or 18k. They are 2007 and 2008 models with 20-30k miles. The local dealer has a new one for $24.5k. Any thoughts on what I should do here?
