Strange problem I had today, I took car out of gear, pulled parking brake, backed out of driveway 30 feet, turned car slighty to the left to go down the street, put it in 1st and started to drive. It felt like the car was extremely under powered and that the rear end felt like it was trying to push something, this kept up for maybe 20 feet then the car surged forward like everything was normal. That a sticky brake on the front that I'm feeling?

 

yeah it sounds like your ebrake is hanging up. cheap problem to fix, or so i'm told.
