I have H22a, all torn down and cleaned i wanna rebuild it. but i dont know what car to put it in, iwanna swap it into something without alot of hassle. Anyone have any ideas, whats the easiest swap besides puttin it back into a prelude.. any help
stick it in a 4th gen civic , leave on your steelies n get some nice tires n don't do any body mods. i know a guy who did that n it pisses people off when he whoops there a**.
Most people swap the H22 into either other preludes or accords. If you wanna get a little more crazy you can put it into a 4th or 5th gen civic. I tell you what If you want to be different you can try attempting a swap into a 90-93 integra I havent seen one of those with a H22.

I've got a 5G Civic coupe with a JDM H22A and the motor fits quite well and the car hauls ars!!! I think the 5G Civic or the 94+ Integra would be your best bet. I would stay away from the 4G civic though only because of OBD differences. Hasport should make OBD conversion harness though if you are hell-bent on putting it in the 4G civic. I'm still pretty much stock and gave a Porshe Boxter S a run for his money just yesterday. He was on it pretty hard and I kept right with him then I dropped it in third and zipped past him with the quickness. I don't know if he was trying to keep up but he was moving like he was trying but he never did pass me, rather he caught my drag and just cruised behind me. Now grant it, it was only a boxter s and not a carrera or anything but it still made me feel good to know that I built mine with my own two hands for under $5K and he spent considerably more on his mid-life crisis mobile
