Default Remove Inner Liner for Larger Wheels?

this may be a dumb Q, but i dont' know much... i'm considering 17in wheels for my GSR 2dr. there's an inner plastic splash guard/liner around the front wheels inside the bumber & fender, would those peices be removed to fit the wheels? cuz i'd also get susp. mod to tuck them under the wells

whats the offset needed for Tegs again? would 17' Rota Attacks fit? thinkin Bronze against my white

You dont want to take them off, besides they butt right up against the lip of the fender anyway, which is metal. So you you rather rub up against metal or plastic?

17s shouldnt be a problem on your car unless you dropped it more than 2 inches IMO

you can take them off, roll the fenders and put them back on. Do a search for rolling fenders, you'll find how to do it.

Definitely keep them on if you live in CT. Come winter time and snow on the ground, you want that protection there against road salt to prevent premature rust on your car.

i had to take mine out because i'm dropped so low. but if i were to do it over, i wouldn't drop it as low and still have the linings. it sucks without them.

my car is dropped 2+in with 18s and i still have my lining. if u don't have a camber kit, you won't need to roll ur fenders if ur rims are the right offset. the camber will just make it tuck into the fender. i need to roll my rear fenders cuz of the camber kit... i'm just too lazy. 17s should work just fine.
