check engine llight
that check engine light of mine has been on for a long time is that a bad thing? car is running fine and nothing wrong with it but does it mean somthing is wrong with the car or jstu that the dealer wants u to come in so he can make an extra buck

Is it your maintenance required light ? or your check engine light.
If it is your Mntce. rqd. light then thats a simple fix and nothings wrong. If its your CEL then you need to find out why its showing that CEL.

My Main. Req. light is always on. My cousin, whom i bought the car from says that there used to be a switch under the steering wheel to turn it off, but during the integ. recall a few years ago, they must have taken it out. Can anyone verify this?
