ok i posted this, and searched for it before they re-did the server and what not...but

i'm possibly picking up a '90 integra...red 5spd, sun roof, tinted windows...needs engine work....

it has a blown head....

i need to know some information on the ls/vtec swap...like what's involved...difficulty, maybe a write up....just some over all information to make my life easier...

or....if you can maybe give me some ideas on how to build power outta the stock head/block combo that would be helpful also...
