IAT sensor and Engine dies randomly

IAT sensor and Engine dies randomly
CRX Si 1988 (stock)
Signs - ECR is reporting IAT sensor (10 blinks)
Symptoms - Engine dies while driving.
So far has only died on the freeway and on main streets while on the move. Engine is warm and ambient temp is hot/warm. Seems to idol smoothly. Electrical (radio, lights) remains on when engine dies. Does not stutter just dies abruptly.
The problem just seemed to appear after I replaced both upper and lower radiator hoses for unknown leaking problem. (this seem to correct the leaking problem.) I had to partially remove the radiator fan and some the air intake ducting to reach the lower radiator hose.
Could I have broken something or knocked something loose that would cause this (vacuum hose etc?) Could the IAT sensor ECR code be related to the engine dieing?
Where is the IAT sensor on this car?
