Default Does anyone know?

I have a 96 GSR and I went to punch it from first gear and all of a sudden hear a loud hissing like the air just left my tire so I pulled over right away to check, and my tire was fine. So I am assuming that the noise came from under my hood. What the heck could that have been. It has not done it since. Thanks for any responces

My car only hisses when I shut it off.

Do you have an aftermarket header? Those can make some strange noises.

Is there any vacuum lines that might have broke because that can cause a hissing noise.

Are those lines on the drivers side cause that is where the noise came from?
