Default Is this that good a deal or not?

I found a 99 Integra LS. silver with OEM body kit and black interior. Seems to have pretty much every option possible. Only thing it didnt have over the GSR was leather. It has 37,848 miles on it. 5spd of course. Only problems I could find was the steering wheel is turned to the right some when it returns to center (car doesnt drift though), the camber on the passanger side rear tire is too far negative, the light in the cargo area wont come on, and the piece of particle board above the spare tire is broken.

I managed it get him down to $11,449.82 walk out. That means I'd be paying about 10,670 for the car. Is that really worth my money or should I pass it up and keep looking?

that really sounds like a good deal. It may just need an alignment :dunno:

Doesn't sound too bad. I got my wife her '98 Integra LS for $10,500 with 47k for miles. Those things that are wrong are easy fixes. Go for it.

i paid a whole lot more than that for my car with 27892 miles on it....but mine is a 2000, and i got it in 2001 at an Acura dealership, out here in Los Angeles. so all those factors make a difference...check the kelly blue book value, because at first i thought i got ripped a new hole, but after checking the kbb, i was a few hundred under the excellent condition value, which my car was in...

all in all, sounds like a great deal

Kelly shows a higher figure than it should be. You should check what the NADA shows and that is more realistic. That is what the dealers go off of. FYI:thumbup: Good suggestion though.

I try not do anymore price research now, cuz i'll just get depressed. I'll be happy knowing I got a good car. Oh yeah, we got the price down almost 2k from what was listed on the windshield...so i know we did our best to haggle. we were straight backing out of our parking spot ready to leave (semi-bluffing we would have come back the next day) when the sales dude was running after us telling us he was willing to negotiate with our requests...that was funny

Okay, the price they started with was $13,988. I'm getting the car for $11,549.82. Walk out. That means I'm actually buying the car for $10,670. They're making so little on me he wouldnt do the alignment for free . I called today and said to do the alignment. I'll be picking it up tommorow at 4pm. And I'll have pics on here as soon as possible.
