Okay..I know this problem is because I'm running rich..But what all do I need to check/replace to get my car running straight?...Currently I get about 8 or 9 miles per gallon..thats it..This is not my daily driver so I don't drive it much...The car idles fine but if I adjust it any it will go up and down..Also I get black smoke when I drop it..But my car doesn't burn any oil..The black smoke I've been told is because of it running rich.....

 

Get a FPR, adjust your valves and check timing, 9 miles to the gallon is dick in a Honda. I was getting 18-20 and after I did what I said I am now getting 25-27. I feel much better, hope this helps.
