Default best size tires for 18x7.5 rims

i recently purchased a set of 18x7.5 rims and i was wondering what size tire i should get. i will be lowered in koni yellows with eibach prokits on the lowest spring perch. i dont want any rubbing, so please help me decide what size tires to get.

Since you have a fifth gen, I'd look into 215/40/18.

I have heard some runing 225's, but I'm not sure your offset can support it on a fifth. I know Ludes need 215's, I assume 5th gens are closer then Ludes then 6th gens in size.

Hmm, on my previous 96 V6, I had 225/40-18 with an Eibach Prokit. No rubbing problems during normal driving. However, considering you have a 94 Coupe, I am inclined to say once size smaller, 215/40-18.

since you have a 5th, i had to upgrade to 225/35 size because the rims were exposed. with the 225s, you get jut enough tire to protect the rim and no change in sidewall height.

I have a 4th gen and I have 225/40 running on my car and i have Skunk coils with the top of the tires dead even to the fender and i have no probs with them at all
