do I need the bypass valve?
I got in my AEM CIA, and bypass valve. I drive a 5th gen accord, do I need the bypass valve?? I don't really feel like cutting the pipe to put it on, and i don't think any water's going to get high enough. Let me know if you know anyone w/ a 5th gen accord thats gotten water sucked in. thanks all.
you live in FL ... don't you get some major rain fall there? the bypass is only $30 or so and it's alot cheaper than a new engine. i've personally spoken to people who swear that it would never happen to them, but now their beating on themselves for not getting the valve.
yeah I already have it and all, I'm just debating if I should put it on or sell it, it says in the manual you can lose power but puting on the bypass valve. I mostly likely will put the bypass on, it'd be hard to sell it anyway. thanks though
