Default Car just died...need help!!

Ok last night, my check light came on and my car was boggin. Well I pulled into a parking lot and stopped for a second. I started up my car again and it ran normal after a couple of minutes. Then I took it on the road and drove towards my house and half way home my check light came on again. Then I noticed that I couldn't rev/drive over 3k rpms. Well I made it home and parked it and the next day (today) I drove around for about an hour and it seem like it was fine. Then all of a sudden the check light came back on and I couldn't rev at all. My engine was boggin down. I stopped and turned the car off. I tried to start it up again but it stays on for a second and cuts right off. Now I can't even start the car any more. When I turn the ignition all my gauge lights comes on but the check light goes off. It doesn't stay solid.

I have no idea what the problem is! Would any of you guys know what the problem could be?

Ya I'm going to do it tomorrow. Right now I can't find a ride to my car so I have to take care of that tomorrow. Could I use a paper clip and stick both ends (u shape) into the whole that the green plug plugs into? I'll post up the code number tomorrow when ever I get it done.

Ok this is how the LED blinked off the ECU.
2 long blinks, pause, 3 short blinks, pause 4 short blinks, pause, 6 short blinks, pause, and the same step over and over.

What is the code number its throwing? 23? if its 23 I looked in the repair manual and it says that its a knock sensor. I turned to the page where it says how to check knock sensor and it says that the knock sensor is only in integras b17 vtec motors and all legends. I'm confused

Wait a second, I have a 90 teg and from what I believe, I don't have to jump off the connector. I can just look at the LED light on my ECU and turn on the car right???
