I bought a set of Tokico Illuminas to go with my GC, and I remember reading somewhere that adjustable shocks should be broken in properly by setting them to the softest setting for a week, then gradually increasing the stiffness. Any ideas about this?..thanks.

 

You should definitely leave the setting at the softest possible, for a hundred or so miles, then move it 1/2 stif for another hundred miles.

Then you can do whatever.
