Default Hard water stains(spots) on windows.

I just got my new teg ls. and before i had the windows tinted i could see that thier were like dried water spots on my windows, but you cant clean them off, and now that i got my windows limo'd out, you can see it even worse, the guy at the window tint place said you need to get a polisher or somethin and buff the window out, he gave me a demonstration and did it on my window in a little section and it came right out, i waz wondering wut stuff i can buy and where i can buy it at, so i can get this nasty shit off. makes the car look terrible up close, well thats if you notice it.

How about Rain-X? That stuff has a way of removing dirt that the Windex and newspaper misses.

I thought Rain-X only prevented water from settling on glass... Didn't know it could clean too. It says on the directions I think to clean the glass first before applying it.

You are correct on both accounts - clean it first and it keeps water from settling on the glass. But every time I do it, my cloth comes back dirty so it's taking something off of the glass. If figure it's displacing the dirt that Windex can't get to for whatever reason. Who knows. I know that my windows are sparkling clean after I Rain-X them...

okay i could care less about rain x not having water settle and i doubt it clears hard water stains, it just cleans like window cleaner, i need some stuff to remove water stains that are their permanently unless you get new windows or find stuff that removes it.

If you don't want suggestions, don't ask for them.
