Default Hot Exhaust temperature

I have noticed recently that my Acura 2.5 TL 98 is getting lower gas mileage. When I start the car, the mixture is very rich, you can smell the unburnt fuel. When the car has been running for a while, the exhaust temperature becomes so hot, it could burn your skin. After this problem I changed the fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, wires. I also noticed that the PCV was completely blocked. I changed it, but upon recently checking it I found some more oil in it. Is this normal? The car also seems to be more sluggish, like there is a pressure loss, brakes seem softer... any ideas?

Thanks
