Service required light question

Service required light question
I have a 2003 TL Type S with 10K Miles. I never noticed this and don't know if it's normal but when I start the engine, the service required light blinks 10 times and then stops and stays off.
Any thought?
Normal or not?

It is just a reminder for you to have service done to your car. If you just had it done at the dealer, they should've reset it for you. Read the manual, it'll show you how to reset it.
