Default What is it with batteries and me lately?

Wife's battery was kind of a PITA, has to dick around with the bolt; some of which had turned to some kind of steel salt, sulfate I guess, what sort of acid is those things any way. Have a sealed one now, so parking it on the steep driveway without a problem. My own fault for not thinking of it, probably need to paint the battery tray a bit too, need to check it out when it is light and not raining.

Laptop battery dying, are the remanufactured ones any good?

And this is why your laptop is useless if you actually have to take it anywhere.

If you do that for a while and unplug it for use on the go, your batter my last 1 hour as opposed to 6 or 7.

I did the same with both my old laptop and my iPod.

After I unplugged both of them, they went from 100% to dead in less than an hour.
