Kinda leaning towards the Dell because of the higher resolution screen and lowest weight, but its video card is kinda ehh. I’m not a gamer though, just use Photoshop & Lightroom so this may not be an issue.
The Thinkpad has the color sensor which is very appealing for photo editing. Lenovo lists a 1920x1080 panel as an option but they’re backordered indefinitely so you can only actually buy 1600x900. Its default battery also sticks out past the back of the computer which bugs me.
The HP is the chunkiest, but has that numeric keypad and reading light which is kinda nice but not as nice as the Dell's backlit keyboard. Good vid card and lower resolution like the Lenovo but has the faster RAM like the Dell.
So...which should I go for? Since I don't game is the vid card on the Dell pretty much a non-issue?

Dell easily. The light over the keyboard would get REALLY annoying. I would rather have backlit. Also you don't need anymore than 512 for photoshop/lightroom/etc.
I wouldn't want a numeric keypad on a 15.6. The keys would be tiny.
