Default Valve adjustment?

Wud up guys,

I'm at about 32,000 miles and i know i should have goten somethings done for the check up, but i didnt. Yeah i got an oil change but, i'm starting to hear a ticking in the motors idle. I think this is because i might need a vavle Timing adjusted.is that what i need to do or is it something else?

If you might know what i'm talking about please respond, Thanks!

30k is time for a valve adjustment
you did use the same weight oil right? and always use honda filters the aftermarket ones are not recommended by most engine builders.
more then likely it is the valve adjustment though.

Valve adjustments are free for me

It's not that hard.

I wish it were that cheap (well maybe it is at some places). The dealer wants $120 for it.

This is the basic procedure (although for a non-VTEC motor):
