Default I have been here without a Teg for a long time now...

But now I own a 1992 Integra GSR. Body has 157k, but the engine has 29k (B17). Check it out, tell me what you think:

Nice to see you finally got your hands on a car man! Reminds me of my old red '92 GSR. Looks like you're already set in the wheel/tire department. I also see the stereo (MB Quart goodies...nice), alarm, and intake. Is it stock otherwise?

Good find, now just make sure you don't go and mess the thing up.

Thanks man for all of your help through this! Yes it is stock beside those things. I'll try not to mess it up, lol. However, I need to work on driving a stick. I keep stalling out. And also I keep making it lurch.

thanks guys! Being 17 (18 in a month), you know insurance is going to rape me. In order to keep it down, I had planned on putting it under my parent's name, but they say that is morally wrong and I would be stealing from the insurance company. LOL. I wish I had enough cash to get the hell out of here.

i am almost 18 and my car is in my name, but my insurance is on my parents policy, i just use liability, got some cool discoutns on it, avg pay per month is like $72. i just drive sane though, i mean, sure i get on it sometimes, but not all the time like most kids around here... although if sometthing bad happened to me like a deer catching me totally offguard and slamming into me.... i think i would either A: run into the woods to die or B: take out my rage on the deer population.

State Farm quoted me for like $180 if I recall correctly. If that is the case, I will look elsewhere. That is rediculous, my record is clean (except for one "both drivers at fault accident"). That's even with the "Good Student Discount" as well as multiple vehicle discount. LOL, what a ripoff. Anyone know of a good insurance company that charges low rates?

My fam uses american family, we have 5 cars insured including mine, i have the good student discount as well. Its cause your trying to get your own policy, if thats 180 for full coverage then well, ive seen much worse for a 17 y/o 1 accident and own policy.. you should really try to get the policy with your parents man, and i guess stick with full coverage if your really that bad of a driver

oh and it was 55 before i got a ticket for tapping some lady in snowy weather(liscense plate screw scratched her POS grand am's bumper.. yes, oneee tiny scratch, couldve prolly said it wasnt mine and it was a rock's but i was a coooold mother ****er standing out there) and a 10 dollar ticket for one of my back seat passengers not having a seatbelt on:madfawk:
