Default love drivin my first gen but...NEED HELP

Yo guys, i love driving my first generation integ. It might not be the prettiest car in teh world but its mine. I dont have enough money to buy a new car but i would love to put some mods... Is there perhaps any sites on the Internet that its devoted to the first gen? Is there anyway i can mod the engine without doing custom work cause i cant find anything for the year
in it is a ls 1.6 l fi i think it is a b 16 im not sure. is there any car with teh same engine like an accord of that year or maybe a civic??? maybe even the Crx????
My gears are also slipping. Like when i go into higher rpms then switch gears its like there not catching my mechanic said my clutch is slipping. What do i need for that just the clutch plate??or a clutch kit or whatever its called... i would also like to know if i would get new springs would that hurt my suspension? Would i need to buy anything else with the springs to make it ride nicer??
Thank you

new springs will definitly help, unless you get really cheap ones maybe.

also, sounds like your clucth is about to go out. thats exactly the symptoms my 89 had right before I sold it, the next day or so the clucth was f u c k i n gone...

G1teg.org

you know...a b16a (civ-si) motor fits in there nicely! that'd be a nice sleeper. If you get that motor you wont have to worry about clutch slippage and other problems.

if you get springs, be sure to get shocks. And make sure you get the correct shocks for your springs. If you get springs that lower a good deal but have soft shocks - they'll be gone quicker than stiffer shocks.

check out Team-Integra.net as well.

Check out www.osakajdmmotors.com they have the cheapest prices ive ever seen, and if you find a cheaper price they match it. Price for a b16a is 1,050 and i think that might be shipped too. Comes with everything. And i think the highest mileage they have is 30,000... im not positive though. anyways hope this helps
