Okay so the LS/VTEC is going to be tuned this summer at inline pro... as far a I know. lol. Anyhow, before it goes I want to get a thinner head gasket on her, and in the process throw some stainless valves in there for yep, you guessed it, an excessively large amount of Nitrous. lol.

So someone clarify things up on who's the best and where to buy and how hard is it to replace valves/seals... I have done springs/ retainers before so it shouldn't be too bad.
