I am considering getting a tv tuner for my car and i was wondering if all the mini dvd players come with tuners?

 

My uncle has the Pioneer In-Dash DVD/LCD Screen Player thing and he also hooked up a tv tuner to it, not sure the Pioneer model or how he did it or anything like that, but he did it so it can be done, Ill try to find out the model of the player when I see him.
