Default CEL code 141, need help

Hey guys, well I don't usually post in this forum but I really need some help. Anyways, I live in the Chicagoland area and I drive a 96 Prelude VTEC (57k miles) and ever since it started getting very cold, my check engine light came on. Well I pulled a code 141 and it turns out to be some kind of "o2 sensor heater circuit malfunction (bank 1, sensor 2)". Any ideas why this would occur and a way to fix this myself? Thanks.

Get a new sensor and the code will go away.
