Default Strange Noinse during hard cornering

I have a 2002 Accord Coupe LX AT with 57k miles. During hard cornering (left hand turn and no braking), I notice a weird pulsating noise. The noise is not metallic, and during slow speed cornering there is no noise. When the car is parked and if I move the steering wheel in either direction, there is no noise either. Has anyone experienced this issue or have any suggestions? Could it be worn tires? I have 4/32nds of tread left on the originals and plan on replacing them in the fall.

I'd suggest checking the right side wheel bearing. 57k sounds a little early but who knows. You say only at high speed, but does it make the noise if you steer hard at about 30 mph. Think they call it loading the bearing.
