Oil pump? same for B16 and B18c?

Basically, i have a B16a oil pump

Will it fit my B18c-r and will it be as good as a B18c-r pump?

Yep, they are the same. I am pretty sure Honda standardized the part in 2000 so, now they all use the same pump as the ITR and CTR.
Here is the Part Number 15100-P72-A01

I have a mint used one thats all, but it is out of my 1994 B16a2
