in years past, the MINIMUM has been 4% and i've generally gotten above minimum.
and no, its not because i suck. my reviews were well above par.
but of course they gave me this nice pretty little printout that shows how much ive gotten from profit sharing, 401k matching, etc to make it look better :rofl:

we just started rolling out this years raise program to our retail stores
IF the stores performance and profit numbers warrant raises ... the most a employee can receive is 4% and thats only if they score 100% on their reviews.

that still sucks - and dont all those profit share/401k match go up if you were paid more? well i know 401k would not sure how your profit share works.
