Timing on a 91 b18 integra

im not sure all what to do to get the timeing right, i put the cams pointing up and lined up trhe lines on the block and it wont fire up!!

Which line on the crank pulley? The single white line is the TDC mark and what you want to line the cams up with.

I would suggest looking at the procedure in a shop manual before you end up bending a valve.
