Default b18c1+turbo SWAP

in the end a k20 swap wuld cost like 10grand , so ive chosen to go b18c (GSR) + turbo.

ive come to the boards to ask some important questions:

-if i buy a gsr engine with 100 000km is it possible to change everypart (rebuild) n not have the kms affect it

-what manditory parts do i need besides low comp valves , springs & retainers , rods n a turbo timer.

Depends how much hp you want,a motor with 100000kilos, assuming its in good condition, could probably handle 250whp fairly easily for a decent length of time. The only mandatory parts you need are turbo kit and some turning hardware

Yes, you can do that as long as it it built properly within spec.
