Default gauges and radio shut off

i've been having a problem for the past 2 days that when im driving my gauges will all of a sudden drop and my radio will shut off. and if i put on my turn signal the tach bobs down with each click of the light. i dont have any amps or anything that would pull alot of juice, any suggestions are welcome. 94 civic hatch with a gsr turbo if that helps

Check your grounds first, including the neg. battery cable.

If those are fine, check what the battery is putting out. If it's low you might have an issue with your alternator or the battery needs replacing.
