I jus got my 98 civic ex coupe. I had some body modifications already such as front and rear Si bumpers, Si lip and sideskirts and Si tail lights. I want to purchase some performance parts but don't know where to start or look. Any suggestions? Or good online sites?

Best thing to do is to research and see what sounds best for you. Set up a realistic budget for yourself and pick an idea that fits and stick to it. Worst thing to do is to start something and realize halfway that you can't finish it because it was too far out of reach for you financially. Also make sure what you decide will stand a good chance of you liking it later on in the future. Another crappy thing to do is to start a project then realize you're not into it and start something else , leaving you with time and money wasted.

I would do the easiest first. I would buy a cold air so it could breath better and some headers with full exhaust.

 

As stated, the best thing to do is research, research, research.

I would seriously recommend researching for at least a month before you drop a dime into performance modifications. There is a lot of valuable information out there, and at the same time, there is also a lot of misinformation out there. Go through forums and technical articles to see what setup(s) suit your budget and application.
