Best EF swap
what do you guys think the best street & smog legal (Cali) swap is for a 91 hatch? i was hoping for a DOHC VTEC swap, but that doesn't look too do~a~ble... any info/ideas guys?

I would say sohc vtec from an ex or something. how much $ are you working with? B16A is def. the best swap, but if you can't do that or another dohc vtec engine, than a sohc d16z6 will be your best bet.
