Default Lucas Transmission Fix on my 96 Accord Tranny

I would like to know what you guys suggest for a 1996 Accord transmission that is slipping from 1st gear into 2nd, and is also slipping from 2nd to 3rd. The car also has a low whining noise that unfortunately I purchased it with.

As I plan to sell the vehicle by May, What do you guys think about Lucas Transmission Fix?

Is it worth to use for a fix from here to May? Has anyone here ever used it? Thank you for your replies.

Ack. Lucas. I might work for what it's worth. All I know is I bought the Lucas power steering additive once and it only made things worse. Granted, I needed a new PS pump as it was, but I think the stuff quickened the death of the unit rather than extending it. It went from squeeling on turns to squeeling all the time right after I added that dark red goo. And no, it wasn't the belt. The pump's bearings were dying. The thing died a few weeks later.
