Default 2003 Accord spare key

I have a 2003 Accord and need to copy the key. Is the 4 button (open, lock, truck open, panic) type. No evodence of a chip. Is cut on both sides.
Can anyone other than a dealer make a replacement? I noticed replacement blanks are available on eBay.

Thy are chipped sorry. Some dealers have ilco keys thy are cheaper.Or the valets are cheaper. You can get a key cut,it will open the doors and trunk but will not start the car if it is not programed.

only place to get a spare key is through honda since on 03+ uses a new rolling code system (chip is in the head part on the corner under a rubber cover) theres no ilco clone key out for them as far as I know of.

At the risk of being labeled a spammer. streetkeys.com has them available, with programming services.

If the dealer can program them, a locksmith with the right tools can as well.

yes any dealer with HDS or a locksmith with Tcode can write the key into the PCM's memory but the keys are just ilco keys with the transponder code in the key unlike the T5 keys that come uncoded and cloned to a working key and cost less and don't need the car with.
