can u put compleat type r internals in a b16a and if yes how much would this run

what internals are you talking about? head - cams, springs, valves, etc. bottom end - pistons, crank, rods, etc.

complete internals like cams pistons valves rods crank yes every thing in side the motor

complete valvetrain can be swapped. as are the pistons with slight modification to the rod or piston. that's about all you can use from a type r.

Yep. You can't use the crank or rods.

HOW MUCH HP CAN I XSPECT WITH DOING ITR INTERNAL AND IS IT WORTH THE COST

with itr cams and pistons, along with some tuning, i'd guess 10-20whp gains arent too over the top.

I picked up ~20whp by using ITR cams, intake valves, valvesprings, and pistons with my original P72 head and intake manifold. Tuned with a VAFC and stock injectors.
