I have the 2006 4cyl 4dr and it would be nice to move the driver's seat back another inch or two.
I have not looked myself yet, but I am wondering if there is a rail stop for the seat that I can remove to allow me to push the seat back. Or is there another rail mounting point for the seat? I expected Honda to be roomier. My Passat I had a lot of room but I guess Honda does not cater to individuals who are nearly 6ft 5.

 

I'm guessing you can make new rails for the chair to glide on, but tweaing the extisting stops won't yield the space you need.

I know my friend fits fine in the coupe though. :hs:

he's just too tall for comfort.



with the 6g coupe, I could take the seat and push it so far back ... I'd have a hard time reaching the gas. (i'm about 6ft tall)

 

Did you try before you buy?

I would probably move the steering wheel a bit up so it wont knock on your knees.
