Greetings everyone. I was hoping someone here could help guide me in the right direction on my current problem. My Accord has the OEM Honda security system, but I have lost my last remaining security fob on my keychain in my last move rom FL to NJ. How can I go about replacing this? I went to the local dealer, and they gave me a price of 120 bucks for a replacement. Are there any alternatives to this highway robbery?

If you are talking about the keyless entry remote transmitter, you can get one on ebay for around $30.

And also, you can program it very easily. Just search for the keyless remote programming instructions in Accord forum.

i just got my friend an infiniti OEM remote for 12 bucks off ebay.

You know that if you lose it just unplugg the alarms brain, bypassing the security system. That way you could still drive the car.
