it will not be worth it as your first mod. you need some headwork for that big an tb to work well. otherwise you could lose hp. in addition you'd need to port match you intake manifold to the tb size. that is open up the i/m opening up to 70mm.

the spoon throttle body is not a true 70mm at the throttle , it starts at 70mm then works down to about 68 or so. spoon throttle body is a stock ITR. just that spoon bores it out.
the best thing to do is get a ITR manifold . the combo works well
and will bolt up with no problems ...cool

Just make sure to port-match it to the IM and use the proper TB gasket.

i agree with snoopy . most of the time you will only gang 1 hp and lose 8-10 tq . 70mm is too big .

if the spoon is under 3 bills i would get it as true spoon prods are expensive and hard to come by as im shure you know, you should have no prob at all. however i would recomend the next mod you get be a intake manifold like the JG or maybe even a knock off the JG..!
