Yeah. It wasn't a good relationship from the beginning. I knew in my heart that she wasn't the right one for me, yet I got with her anyway. When it ended, I was more sad the marriage was over just because of her kid that still calls me dad. We're healthier individuls apart. Took time to let the anger subside, but it's better this way.

This is true, but for the shit in the relationship I didn't like, and the time spent dealing with bullshit, I concentrated on, "The best revenge is self-improvement." Elevate your game to "above the rim" proportions, and those around you will be happy that who YOU are didn't die, but got stronger.
