Default ls/vtec b20 crank?

Do I gain anything by popping a b20 crank in my frankenstein? Was thinking it might boost compression, expecting bigger pistons and block.. Is that the case? Can I even put it in there? Anyone done this before?

The b20 crank is identical to the LS.

thanks. I'd read that the b20 was just a bored b18 and that the pistons were just bigger - 84 vs. 81 -
