do u guys remember that thread i made about my ex leaving me a $150 bday gift on my doorstep.....? well, she started calling me and i was like what the hell why not. so we started hanging out again and blah blah blah.

last saturday we had a fight and i told her to leave me alone, i was fed up. during this "fight" i had my hands on her biceps while i was talking to her. i told her what i had to say and went home.

apparently her mom came to my house the next day (i was at work) accusing me of choking her and pulling her hair. when i heard this i really didnt care cuz it wasnt true, but last night i was arrested because i guess the cops put out a warrant for me. i dont understand why would they arrest me on false alligations.

i posted bail at 2am and was at court at 8:30. the ex and her mom didnt show up to court, and i have to go back to on may 26th.

what do i do now? i did not harm this whore and yet im being prosecuted. whats gonna happen on the 26th? is the court gonna dismiss the case? the girl had no marks on her what so ever. im innocent!!!!! help!!!

that's a tough one. a similar thing happened to a friend of mine. your best bet is to keep your cool and calmly present your case. you have no record of doing these things. even if you aren't a couple anymore, you would never want to hurt her (or anyone) physically right?

Youre stuck b/w a rock and a hard place. Does she have past experiences of being mental that you can prove with other witnesses? I.E. friends or family. Try and prove shes playing with cards missing from the deck.

Or if all else fails, hang yourself.

im really trying to avoid her and her friends. one of her friends showed up later that night and started hitting me, not just slaps but punches. the cops said they couldnt do anything about that.....

If they claim that you did those things, there would be physical evidence to support it. You'll be fine.
