Full timing belt install help

hello
can anyone run down a complete to do list or how to on how to install a timing belt for my integra?

it would save me LOTS of money

greatly appreciated

buy a helms it will save you even more money then reading passed on info on here.I wouldn't even attempt any work without a proper manual.
I can list all the steps, but what good is that if you have no idea what I'm talking about.....learn it and understand it, then do it
